Well I took my truck in to have the ac checked out. Turns out it was a sensor. But upon the tech getting out of my truck he ripped off the seat cover on the seatbelt. Said they would order it. Said if I payed for the part they would install ii. 6 weeks later no part said they cant order it. I called the ford house myself said they could have it in two days. This place said 60 dollars. Ford place said 20 dollars. Not only will they not return my call they tried to jack up the part times 3???? Really guys I understand u have to make a buck but breaking it off in me is bad business. Too bad too up until now I considered them rock stars
Came in for oil/filter and fluids service and had some electrical problems that were checked out. As always, Josh and Melissa were very cordial, open with information regarding the service, and cooperative. The experience was very positive, car repaired/serviced and no new problems found-my 2013 Kia Soul is back to running like a top. Very pleased with the visit. Since all of my scheduled services have been performed at this dealership, it's always like seeing old friends again each time I return. Very comfortable and pleased with your staff and their commitment to total satisfaction of returning customers. Thanks guys and gals for all you do.
John Guzman was an excellent person to work with. He was not high pressure, answered questions and let me go to do my homework. We returned and bought our Kia soul from him. The service department called when our plates Arrived and in the meantime we had picked up a nail. Talked with service and they said to come in and they would check it. Great people to work with.
