I got really good service there when buying my 2017 Rav4. The salesmen is nice and there is no hassle in the paperwork. They answer every question I asked about the car with patience and professionalism! My car buying experience there was the best and I am happy to get a good deal and good service.
I had a great experience with this dealership and sales rep Aaron. Did the purchase by email and text messages as I was working and live 150 miles from the dealership. Found the car my daughter wanted on AutoTrader, sent a request for information and Aaron was on it instantly. I made an offer, which was accepted, provided my information online and then drove up there one evening to complete the paperwork. I was in and out of there in 30 minutes and Aaron even offered to deliver the car to my daughter another 100 miles from my home. Their driver who delivered the car was punctual and took great care to explain the features of her new car. Car buying made easy the way it should be!
Timely and considerate service. Coffee and donuts while you wait. Shuttle service every hour starting at 8:30 AM. Pricey but you get what you pay for.
