Horrible dealer. I am literally trading in my current Honda elsewhere so I dont have to deal with these people again. When I had a recall, the guy forgot to order my part, so I was waiting and waiting, and then had to call back. Then, when I took it in for the recall to be remedied, they listed all this stuff wrong with my car that wasn't even wrong, including that I needed all fluids flushed and a new air filter. When I said "well, this is interesting because I literally replaced that air filter two weeks ago," the sales lady immediately changed the subject and hurried to bring me my car. They are full of deceit. Will never support them again.
Regardless, this does not, unfortunately, change my initial experience.

My experience at Greg May Honda was one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I'll spare the details (and the salesperson involved), but suffice to say that we got the same car in Dallas (new 2017 Civic) that we test-drove here for over $2,500 less than the offer price here at Greg May. The salesperson pulled every single garbage sales trick that anyone can read about online.
It was worth our drive to Dallas (Freeman Honda, if you're wondering), and it's worth the trip for you too.
Believe every 1 star review you read about Greg May Honda. Like many, if I could give this establishment ZERO stars I would. As any customer who just wants their car fixed, nobody seeks out to give a dealership a 1 star rating. It's human nature to want to believe in the good of all people. However, as you can see from the response posted from Greg May Honda, that this dealership is not interested in being honest or caring about their customers. No part of that response is true, it's just more disgusting bullying that you can expect from their establishment. Never in all of my 30 years of owning a car have me and my wife ever dealt with such unprofessional people as the ones we've met at Greg May Honda. I truly think they have us confused with another customer.... Please Greg May you must cease and desist. Your response is nothing but more ridiculousness. Good job making yourself look like a bully. Oh and our van was in service with you before it reached 100,000 miles, which was last month. Also, that shouldn't make a difference as to the vehicle being fixed right the first time.
I respect and value Greg May's side of this. It is so true that there are two sides to every story, and each can be of value. Other potential customers should look at the comments of other individuals as well, and make a judgment for themselves.
The dealership's response below is largely accurate; however, I did not use your price to find a better offer elsewhere. We were not allowed to leave with the paperwork and the offer price, so I had no way to use your offer against you. At Freeman, I obtained an e-offer of $2,300 less than you offered. Then I called and asked if they would drop it $200 more. They did. I did not once mention the words "Greg May Honda" to them, or another price. Not once.

The worst car dealer in Waco if not the entire county. The entire Greg May group breeds a culture of lying and deceit. I wouldn't buy a roll of paper towels from them much less a car. The salesman are trained to be shady and it starts at the top down. In a day and age of straight forward pricing and car sales I'm not sure how this place stays in business. I'm on my way to Dallas as we speak. NEVER GREG MAY ANYTHING!
