While on my visit here recently, I was assisted by Chad he helped me in every way possible to find the perfect fit vehicle to fit my needs! I like to start off by saying you wasted three whole days of my time ,and gas. Not only did I not receive the vehicle I requested, I was insulted in the process. I was shooed off with a piece of paper telling me............ "go get my husband information". When I addressed the situation to the attending manger his reply was..... to excuse the manager's behavior due to the fact he wasn't from America. I like to think Allen Samuels is not in the business of hiring sales people who exhibits this kind of behavior. I was publicly humiliated in front of everyone!!!!! If ( Chad) The people's champ, was working there this would have never happen to me. As a mater of fact Allen Samuels has be lacking leadership sense the exit of Marcus Ward. So Allen Samuels, I give you one star, to be quite frank you didn't deserved that!!!!!
