Fantastic place. We were from out of town, had major problem. Chris E. Service Rep and Chris diesal mech. got us back on the road with peace of mind about repairs. Very friendly and professional staff. Thank you all for a great experience in a difficult situation. Brandon is a great person to deal with. The whole staff wants to make sure customer is the priority and service is a major concern. Thank you all!!!!

Horrible experience with service is resulting in buyer remorse. I purchased a Sierra 1500 Texas Edition from AutoNation Waco a few weeks ago. Sales experience was pleasant, unfortunately there seem to be some issues with the new truck. Of course its under warranty, so I used the Chevrolet App to schedule my service appointment and request a loaner ( I live 70 miles away, and work 86 miles away). I arrived today for my appointment and spoke with Josh. He told me that somehow my service request had never made it to them, but they would try to take a look anyway. Josh seemed more bothered than he was willing to assist, but I assumed it was more about the service request app than it was about a customer showing up to seek service. He asked for a description of the issues, started the truck, had me sign some paperwork, and that was that. He then asked me if I needed a ride somewhere, and I explained the distance challenge, that I would need a loaner, but that my wife was in town as well, so she could pick me up until the truck was diagnosed and a loaner was available, to which replied ok, and I left. I returned an hour later, to find that my vehicle diagnosis was not complete, at which point I asked for a loaner. Josh then (for the first time) informed me that there were no loaner vehicles available and that they were on a waiting list (this happens, I get it, but I should have been told this a) when I scheduled the appointment and b) when I explained how far I lived and that I would need a loaner vehicle. I explained to Josh that I would have to reschedule this appointment for another time, since I had work obligations that prevented me from waiting any longer. Josh showed no concern for this whatsoever, he silently went to bring my truck around, exited the vehicle and simply said "you should be good to go", without even so much as eye contact. At no point did he apologize for the fact that my service request (made a week in advance) was disregarded, or that I had traveled an hour there, and waited an hour only to leave without a diagnosis, in fact he didn't even offer to reschedule my appointment when I clearly told him I would have to reschedule. This truck was purchased a few weeks ago, and while I shouldn't have the issues I am having with it, I am more frustrated with the horrible experience and utter lack of customer service. I have been a Toyota owner for 10 years, I was excited about the new Chevrolet, but the service makes me regret moving from Toyota to Chevy, and regret doing business with AutoNation. I have this truck, and it has its issues, so I will go somewhere else for service, but I expect each time I do I will miss the excellent service so often provided by Toyota dealerships. My advice; if customer service after the sale is important to you, consider other dealerships (and perhaps other Auto makers), as this one probably isn't for you.

Great experience from the minute I entered the dealership! I felt that I was among friends. The entire car purchase process was great! Will definitely refer everyone that I can! Awesome experience!! Very happy with my purchase. Patrick Felton is tremendous salesman...some one I can call a friend!!

This was a breeze buying a car with this dealership. Shannon and her team helped me get my daughter into her first car. Friendly. Attentive. Efficient. Financing team was also easy to work with. Explained everything to my daughter. Highly recommend them.

I have been going to Autonation for well over 10 years. They are a very busy place! I love the professional service I received each and every time. Great service!!! Great prices!!!
