Got a tire mounted. Price for tire and mount was reasonable. They could have done a much better balance job. Got on the road next day, bad vibe at 80mph, too far to go and to late to go back. PIA. Maybe balance beads will help.
I just came in to try on motorcycle helmets, not to buy. The salesman still personally helped me find the right fit, and was knowledgeable and personable. Furthermore, the store layout was clean and spacious, designed for customer comfort.
Great staff, used selection varies, but good selection of new bikes, ok prices some better some worse but a good friendly staff makes it all the better
( A ) Sales never approached me about any thing I was looking at ( B ) While talking to the man at the parts counter he just walked off while I was still talking to him. My experience was that it wasn't a professional atmosphere and I will buy my Kawasaki Mule elsewhere. I will drive 100 miles if need be before I do business with Bargers
These guys CANNOT repair a flat tire even if you mark the spot for them! They are the most incompetent service department I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. From the service writers to the management, they are a complete and utter joke! I would not take a skateboard for them to repair, let alone my $14,000 motorcycle. It would be too complicated for their bird-brained staff. Not to mention, they cheat you out of your money and don't fix the problem. Worst service ever!
