Tracy has gone above a beyond to get me in the car I wanted. He is a great guy, and I can't imagine buying a car anywhere else!

I came into Tracy's today on May 4th, and let's start off with it was an AWFUL experience. I arrived early in the day about 11:25am. I was walking towards the entrance as i passed 2 men. One was a seller and one was a customer. The seller didn't make any eye contact with me, nor did he offer to get another representative to come help me with my needs, that was my first clue that this was most likely wasn't the spot for me to choose a car. The next thing that happened was, I found the entrance door, nor was i welcomed from one of the workers when i entered, and nor did she offer me assistance. I smiled and greeted her instead, and said,"Hello, I will be needing assistance, and she looked at me with no type of interest, and called a representative and walked away. WOW! That's an awful way to interact and to welcome a customer who is bringing more profit to your business. After that, a young man approached me with a smile, and was kind to me. He seemed to want to help me, but he didn't have much knowledge of what to do,but I did appreciate his help(In the long run, and he was the ONLY ONE who seemed to have an interest in my needs for a vehicle) and he told me that the "owner"/"Main manager" Chris Gaines, was going to be there in a few minutes, and he reassured me that he would help me. After I got to test drive a few cars(That were in great condition by the way), Chris finally arrived after 30 minutes and my representative told him, I was there and waiting for him. He simply looked at me with a blank stare, and walked away into another area, and said he would assist me AFTER he ate his lunch. What kind of business are you trying to run here, buddy? A customer who has been waiting for 30 minutes plus now I have to wait even longer so you can eat?! That's definitely something to frown upon about. I don''t know any "manager or a successful business owner" that has done this and has earned loyal customers to return and to make even more purchases. Anyways, after Chris was done eating, my representative approached me and told me he would see me now. By this time, I am completely fed up, and wanting to leave, but yet, I stayed because I had hope that Chris would make me change my mind from what I have already been exposed to...but no. As soon as I sat down in his office, one of his assistant's said he needed to speak with a bank, and he said sure,because he always has time to talk,(But if that was true, he would've spoken to me), so here i am for another 10 minutes waiting for my turn to speak to him, after he gets off the phone he tells his assistant right in front of me, about another customer who is stupid and doesn't listen very well. That is a very bad representation to show to a customer , it's one thing to think it about someone, but to say it out loud in front of a new customer is completely unprofessional. Finally, after 1 hour of waiting, he tells me his name, and asks me to put down $1500, when I had told my representative, I could only do $1.000, but I was willing to negotiate$1.250. Then, I was telling him about one of the issues I was having with one of the vehicles, and he didn't care. My representative did, he came outside and tried to see what the issue was, but he also wasn't knowledgeable about which key belong to the vehicle, and how to start it, and once he got it going, he realized the same thing i had said before, which was that on the odometer doesn't move correctly to the P R N D L. By this time, I was frustrated, and ready to leave, my representative was kind, and tried his best to reassure me that Chris would make time to speak to me again, but I refused. I WON"T EVER EVER EVER be coming back, nor would I EVER recommend someone to this car auto facility. This is why I gave my review 5 stars, so that other people can save their time and hard earned money Your best luck is on craigslist if you have bad credit or if you're trying to get a pre- loved car. Atleast then not good customer service is known. Best of luck to you if you go here, I hope your luck was better than mine.

My initial experience was great they got me into the truck I wanted at an affordable price.... then it broke they again were there to help again that was great but it's been almost 3 weeks of being told a time it will be done but always missing that date on top of the fact I call to get information on my truck only to get none and my number taken down to never recieve a return phone call I still do not know where my truck is when it will be done and on top of that each time I call because I have to be the 1 to call because as before mentionined nobody returns my calls I get an attitude and even hung up on once I can't find any info out about my truck or even know when or if it will be done

Got a great deal on a nice car. Friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend
