In 2009 went in with no expectations to get a vehicle. I had no down payment, no trade in and bad credit. I came out with a 2009 Galant and was able to build my credit and 2 years later traded it in for a 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport and I could not be happier with my choice. The service and professionalism were above standard. I would totally recommend anyone to go here.

The Service department here has some serious issues. Each and every time I try to make an appointment there is a major issue. I have made appointments twice now and when I show up they say that someone called in sick and they do not have enough staff to service my Subaru. They ask me to return later. They do not have a courtesy car available. Hell, today they said even the shuttle driver called in sick. What is it about this place that makes all the employees call in sick every day? Is it the management? Black mold? Sick of work? My suggestion is that you take your business somewhere else.
Just purchased my first BRAND new car ! I never would have thought I could pass the credit part so wasn't expecting to drive away in a brand new vehicle !! Orlando Montelongo was amazing very knowledgeable in every aspect of buying a vehicle . Orlando made me feel comfortable explaining everything, very patient with my millions of questions an did everything he could to get payments to a range I could afford .
