I give a 5 for the A+ professional service by Ricky the technician but a 1 for the customer service for placing a call on Monday and getting the runaround until Friday. A word of advice to the business.....if you cannot honor a designated slotted time for an appointment a 'simple courtesy call' would have given this review a 5 star.
Great company. Upfront about their pricing and the problem with the plumbing. I've tried many different plumbers, but I'm sticking with this one going forward.
When I noticed that my water heater was leaking, I immediately contacted my home warranty company. Smelscer Plumbing was one of the recommended professionals. I couldn't have been happier with the service that I received from my technicians. They talked me through the entire process. They did not leave a mess and cleaned up the small bits of water that dripped from the old unit when they replaced it with the new one. Office phone support was very understanding and compassionate about my situation and quickly dispatched a technician as soon as someone was available. No hidden fees, upfront pricing and approval to do the work.

Never showed up, never called to confirm, never replied to my voice mail. He gave me a 2--day window of when he could repair my kitchen sink. He did not make it that day, so I expected him to show up the following day. He did not show up or call to postpone. I called the next day and left a voicemail stating that I will seek professional assistance from a different company. He chose not to reply to that voice mail...
