Joey came out to my house today for one specific thing. (A scheduled maintenance) After that did not resolve the problem completely, he kept digging. I appreciated his knowledge, friendliness and willingness to keep investigating. He left leaving me with the information I needed to move forward and the understanding of the situation.

Sunday service needed. Contacted dispatch about 7:30AM. Received follow up call from technician, Pancho Chavez. He arrived in less than an hour, analyzed problem, cleaned unit, needed new fan motor. He located fan motor in Austin, Sunday morning, drove there to pick up and returned to install. Best service technician service I have ever experienced. Excellent rating. Harold
