Great place to work. Owners are great.
So I'd like to share our experience with Boen Plumbing and HVAC. My boyfriend worked there for a year and a half with repeated false promises of raises and had to endure out of line disrespect from the owners. (My boyfriend is Hispanic, the owners are white.) The owners would make comments like "your my ni**ers today," im going to work you like a "slave" or "wetback" today. Those are unacceptable in any situation. In the whole time he worked there he had called in ONLY TWICE (due to family issues.) He was called unreliable, yelled and cussed at infront of other employees too. What drew the line and caused him to finally walk out for the last time was when it was made clear to him that HIS family issues are of no importance to that small family run company. Not to mention the business had a break in, and employees personal tools were stolen and the company will not replace or pay to replace them. So my boyfriend had to take a complete loss and leave his job and tools.
They had an extremely kind staff and got my issue solved quick and at a reasonable price
