Have two receptionists yet only one was helping people meanwhilethe other one had her window closed, had people coming in and the lady was literally telling them they wouldn’t be able to help them because they were going to lunch at 11:30am and they would not be able to get to them in time. She would end off by saying “but you can try if you’d like” obviously knowing they wouldn’t get seen
