I still go there every months to get my check and the security know I am deaf and tells me the number. So it was awesome guy there.
They were on time
Very little Windows open, long wait time, but very friendly office staff. If you go be prepared to wait 30-45 mins before you get called. Plan ahead, and if you go right as they open, it's usually packed with others waiting for the doors to open.
Put in for Disability Social Security, been denied 3 times ,Disabled Veteran have a hearing scheduled February 8th 2016 a 08 30 hopefully if God say the same I'll get my Social Security disability
It's sad that the Temple office can't follow The Waco's office example I was in and out within 30 mins and was treated with respect and friendliness I highly appreciate how much professionalism took place on my issue.
