Line moved pretty fast considering all the people.
So slow and dont tell us what we need
I tried to get my vehicle registration renewed(around 3pm), but the lady told me i needed a bill with my current address on it. So, i go home and bring back 3 bills (credit cards..etc.). I present my 3 bills and she tells me i need a "utility bill". At that point im livid....cause she never told me to specifically bring a "utility bill". Its 4:25pm...leaving me no time to go back home. There's nothing on any of the signs on the walls saying you need a utility bill. So, if you plan on visiting this clown show...bring your insurance...registration...drivers license...state inspection form...a UTILITY BILL...Social Security Card....Birth Certificate...eyeglass perscription...blood sample...cholesterol levels...your shot records...your dogs shot records...etc.
I am giving 3 stars only because the line was half way down thwle hallway and it only took 25 minutes to get through the line. Then I get up there needing the registration for my sons car. The girl tells me since my name isn't on the title and he (my son) didn't write me a letter giving me permission to pay for his new registration I can't get his new sticker. Sounds like a line of BS to me.
I just moved to Crawford TX from OR and went to this office today to register my vehicle. The lady (I failed to get her name) who handles registrations was so good, she was polite, efficient and knew her job well. It was actually my second visit there today. The first time I went there I was ill prepared; met the same lady who prepared me well, wrote down all the requirements. Thanks to her guidance I was more organized this time. I was only the second in line, everything moved so easy and I was out of there in no time at all with my new TX number plates. Thank you kindly lady, appreciate your good work.
