This place has a great selection and respective pricing, but I completely regret purchasing from here. I should have just purchased online. I probably would have gotten better customer service, and my purchased item may have shown up on time without issue or delay. They quote you 7-10 days and its complete bullcrap. On top of the additional wait time, they don't offer you any sort of reassurance. They blame the manufacturer and backlog, when in sales, its all about the communication. I simply asked multiple times and multiple sales reps to simply call me when my items have become available for pick up. Nothing, repeatedly. I had to call and ask at the end of each work day when they estimated the items would arrive. I do not recommend this place whatsoever, please just order online and save yourself the trouble. Same stuff, same quality, for lesser price.

I visited furniture row in Waco and a very pleasant experience. I was very impressed with my sales person Lindsay! She was very friendly helpful and what she didn't know she asked her manager Carl and mike for assistance and they were able to provide the answers to my questions. The showroom was well organized and clean. It was a very homie atmosphere. I will definitely be having my friends and family shop at furniture row!
We decide to get a dinning room set from this place because they do have great selection but the dinning rooms that we really liked they were on backorder, wait time to get this items are over 6 weeks!! We asked for the floor model and they said no! Other item, the table was available for 1-2 weeks waiting time, but not the chairs!! We ask them to sell us just the chairs(floor model) they said no, I ask the sales rep about losing customers instead selling the chairs, he replied that they prefer to lose 1 customer instead losing more for not seeing this item in the store!! Bob mills furniture 3 days wait time, Ashley furniture in bagby 1-2 weeks other items same day pick up!! :/

I have done a lot of Furniture shopping over the years and this was by far my best experience! Be sure to ask for Carl. He is honest, helpful, ethical and really cares about helping you find the best purchase for your budget. Carl began by pulling the liner off of a floor model couch to show me the interior Construction, he let me browse at my own pace and made simple suggestions along the shopping process. Carl promised my furniture would arrive within 1 to 2 weeks and exactly 8 days after the day of purchase it arrived. Everything was just as promised, nothing was damaged and I am extremely happy with the customer service from everyone in the store but especially Carl. There is an abundance of choices styles and prices to choose from. I felt very happy during the entire shopping and delivery process. Great communication from Carl throughout the process. I visited at least four other furniture stores in the Waco area and they were either dirty, had cheap furniture or unprofessional sloppy salespeople so my opinion there is no where better than FR.
