The service was good. The delivery "we'll call you at 8pm" is ridiculous. The only window you would give us is 9:30am-12:30pm. Some of us work. Then y'all wouldn't work with us on the scheduling for the delivery of our furniture. THEN you sit there and tell us that you can change the date, but you don't know what time we'll receive our furniture. It's BS.
We had got a tv from them and it stop working four months ago. We had took it back so they can repair. When we call and go up to conns they is telling me and my wife that they boss forgot to send it off.we only got one payment left. I will never recommend buying anything from conns because they give you a ran around.
Harassment is what this company will do to you. I paid off my account in full 2 months ago, well the person didn't do something right and never closed my account fully. SO every day I get emails calls texts from them stating I owe money which I don't, I have ticket number sin every person I talk to says its being worked on they apologize but yet I am still dealing with this!!!!!!! No one will give you coorporates number they say they don't take calls. Well I am tired of being harassed so I am taking to Social Media. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE TRUST ME SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE
Couldn't get a loan for things I really need for my kids and it was a lack of communication for the most part . I understand my credit is not good but I'm stable with a job an own my home people like myself deserve a second or third chance with companies such as Conn's we will more than likely pay off they're bills to pass that legacy on to our children. Store people could be a little more knowledgeable about things in the store they were very professional store manager great person knew basically everything about all the products I was interested in. Consider something's I'm saying to add to the customers you already have
I walked in with a particular item in mind. Mr. Morano showed me the best deals available. He helped me through the purchasing process and I admit I was very picky on what I wanted. He was patient and concerning. He made my choices easy. I walked out a Happy Customer.
