Wonderful customer service, received my new purchase when promised. Great quality and had great reviews for couch I purchased.
Since then, we have been given FOUR different delivery dates. 2/20 they noticed two pieces were missing. Apparently those pieces were left in San Antonio. Today, we got a call rescheduling our deliver for the fourth time because one piece came in, but the other didn't.

We ordered a modular couch on 1/12. We were told 6-8 weeks delivery.
We will never purchase from them again. We're within the eight week delivery time otherwise we would be canceling our order in full. Terrible customer service.

They did refund the delivery fee, which would be fine if they didn't have to re-schedule the delivery four times now. San Antonio is not across the globe. It shouldn't take 10+ days for them to get missing furniture in. It makes zero sense that two identical items left in the same location did not come in on the same day. Promised phone calls regarding the status aren't kept. They obviously have no qualms about having to repeatedly change deliver days. They should have done everything they can do to get the furniture here to honor their 1,2, and even 3 day THEY gave us for the delivery.
Got a couch with Italian Leather and my butt is very grateful for it. It reclines electrically and my house smells like Italy during the Renaissance.
I thought it was commendable that even though the install team cracked the table top and we didn't even know it, they took it upon themselves to order the replacement and came back and installed it. Top notch, Bob Mills.
