Love their stuff and easy to pay off
I always leave with a smile. They have been helpful for the last 9 years to me. I have bought multiple items from them and they still treat me as if I were a new customer. They have a referral program which is great for us existing customers. Very satisfied with this store.
Customer service is horrible! The manager needs more training with communication skills. We did not get the help we needed, looked up and she's taking selfies on her phone.
Staff is nice, until you miss a payment. Then they become rude and call non stop until you give them money, even after you've returned the merchandise.
A few years ago I fell on hard times and got behind in payments and when I had merchandise returned was told could never lease from company again well called a few weeks ago to see if maybe things changed was told yea then when placed order on line at this location was told only if buying I would receive merchandise the staff was rude called corporate to file complaint and was told the same thing this company doesn't believe in second chances worst company ever
