Generally swift service and rarely have had an issue with an order. Staff can occasionally seem unenthused, but I would be too if I got up as early as they did.

Shipleys is literal trash. The donuts are some of the worst I've ever tasted. 0/10 would not recommend to friends.
I love getting the donut holes for the kids. And that they have a drive thru. It was very convenient for me on mornings when I was running late getting the kids to school. I'd go through the drive thru and order kolaches. For them to eat on the way.
