We come to this place normally because it's closest but they have terrible service and usually forget part of our order. The Panera close to downtown is 10 times better and after this trip I think I would rather drive the extra distance. I will definitely think twice before coming back to this location.

It is usually busy when we come here; today was not any different other than when I asked for a table to be cleaned the girl I asked, Danielle, was SO RUDE. I watched her drop the tag on the floor and just pick it up to "clean" our table. Luckily, the manager saw me waiting and asked if all was okay. I told her and she immediately grabbed a rag and cleaned the table. The young man that brought our food was courteous, but I'm afraid that the rag the girl I initially asked had was used on another table- without being rinsed or anything. The food was good.. but is that how employees do things?? What else yucky is going on??
Tried to do an order online which went through successfully, but I somehow selected it for the following day. They helped fix it and get my order done same day. Excellent service and nice, helpful staff. Food is great as always and fast to order and prepare.
I got the southwest chili chicken salad. Not great by any means. But it was eatable. Just no great flavors, the corn chips in it didn't do it for me.
We are frequent diners and while the food was acceptable, the staff was less than what should be expected. The young lady taking our order had no sales skills. We had four in our party and never heard a mention of choices regarding apple, bread, or chips and no attempt to sell a pastry. This is not the way we have experienced your other stores, all young staff who had on direction from a manager, Store is in need of staff training. BAD EXPERIENCE.
Very rude service. We came at 8:30pm through the drive through and they were out of almost every thing(no bagels, no baguettes, and almost ALL bread types just to name a few). We started to order 3 sandwiches and the drive through lady said for big orders we should order through catering or on the app not through the drive through(didn't realize that meals for 4 people was considered catering size). She was very rude and constantly interrupted. Would tell us they had something then say nevermind we don't. They acted lazy and like our order was not important to them. Needless to say we went somewhere else.
