I called before I left my hometown, 4 hours away. I even called several times while I was in Waco before placing my order. When I didn't have any success finding macarons anywhere else, I called back and placed my order. When I arrived the following day, they had cupcakes for me. They messed up my order then told me they rarely make macarons so they were pretty sure I ordered cupcakes. Cupcakes does not sound like macarons! I make cupcakes for a living at home, why would I order THAT!? One lady was nice about the mess up and of course refunded my money. Now, customer service could use some fine tuning but I will say the cupcakes, and other baked goods, did look delicious! I wanted macarons though.
Best cupcake in Waco. We came from out of town visiting and googled sugar cookies. Very moist cupcakes. Fantastic. Great cookies!!
