Good company, every time I had an issue with my apartment they always had someone out there that day and always did a follow up. They are good about getting back to on a timely manner. No problems at all with them and love my apartment
I would definitely recommend living at Tinsley Place. The management company does a great job, and maintenance is pretty quick to fix any issues. I've been very pleased with my experience living here!

When searching for a new apartment closer to work they were super helpful, friendly, and understanding while I took my sweet time to decide on an apartment. I was able to move into a brand new unit and have enjoyed it! Tinsley Place is located near Baylor and downtown Waco which is nice. They are quick to answer any maintenance requests you may have and keep residents in the loop with any happenings going on at the apartments.
The Lucra Real Estate team was very helpful when I was searching for the perfect unit. Now, as a tenant, they still are great - and, in my experience, very responsive when it comes to maintenance issues. My unit at Tinsley Place is great and was brand new when I moved in. They recently added a swimming pool, some swings, hammocks, and picnic tables around the property, and they have hosted a couple tenant appreciation parties since I moved in. It's apparent that they want to provide a great living experience for their tenants, and I appreciate that a lot. It's proximity to both the Baylor campus and downtown Waco is awesome. Some tenants complain about pests (mostly just crickets in the summertime), but that's Texas for you. The management team is aware of it and sprays for pests to prevent it the best they can, but a bottle of Raid did the trick for me. No problems after that. I would recommend living at Tinsley Place! The management is great and really helpful. It's also really close to Baylor's campus and security patrols every night, which were two important factors for me.
