With about an hour's notice she lined up 5 houses to view in my price range. As we viewed them she gave her HONEST opinion. Then she stayed until 6 p. m. to help me get a contract submitted on the home I chose. In a word Evelyn embodies INTEGRITY. Plus she is charming, thoughtful and a heck of a nice person. I agree with the review regarding this guy getting involved when and if he smells money. We contacted Russell Cox to search for a house. We provided information and specific listings to allow him to focus. He did not provide specific listing information when requested. He did not provide details to allow targeting. That saves his time as well as ours. He came across as narcissistic, and egocentric by only wanting to fous on and drive higher priced properties and his own listings. What a character; only in Texas and in Waco.
