Me and my fiance have stayed in this motel for 2 months. I am not here all the time due to working closer to our home. There have now been three different instances where the woman that works at the front desk in the evening around 9pm on 10.17.17 has harrassed me as to who I am. Both times when telling her who I am she was rude to me. The second time this woman had the audacity to approach me because I guess I sat in my car longer than this drill sergeant found fit. She approached me very rude, again treating me like I am below her. I would say to the owners, our stay we do not have complaints as to the service of our room or the room itself. I would say though that whoever this woman is in your office you should put her through customer service training and teach her that we choose to stay at your motel and we deserve not to be treated or talked to the way that your front office staff talks to your guests. (again the pm frint desk staff) I do get you have different characteristics of people that stay with you and I am sure many can be rude. However, when she approaches someone all because she thinks she is all powerful and talks to people with her chest sticking out, when a guest tells her yes they are a guest and continues to stand there with disbelieving eyes she needs maybe know that not all people are lying to her. The part that really upset me is when I went down to let her know we were not ignoring her the phone in the room does not work and to let her know why I was in my car, which really is none of her business. I do need to mention that I did tell her how I had a close relative die and I just got back from driving from half way across the United States but because in her mind I guess I walked back and forth from my car to the room to much I looked suspicious. Then this woman had the audacity to tell me I looked suspicious in my car and accused me of shoving things down my pants, which was me digging in my food bag for my fork. I will say this I have never been arrested in my life and I have never broke the law and although she might deal with those types of people whether in her family or guests at this motel she has ABSOLITELY NO RIGHT in the world to play CSI Waco and her working at a front desk in a motel gives her no authority at all. This woman should be reprimanded and take a course in customer service and definitely work on her people skills.
Good value for the money. Pool was nice. Beds were new and comfortable. Customer care could be improved. And maintenance on the rooms could be improved. You get what you pay for.
This was a nice place, the rooms were nice and the beds were good.. the only problem I had was the internet didn't want to work in my part of the building until the router was reset and my room phone didn't work. But for the price I paid I have had worse rooms. It was quite and peaceful.
Although ive been here almost 2 months when i am due for a payment, they r threatening me saying if i dont pay in 5 to 10 minutes i have to move. After ive spent thousands of dollars with them. Their wi-fi goes in and out. Never a steady connection. Their maid service cannot speak english but are somewhat sweet on giving u what u point at. All the furniture is falling apart. Very outdated.
The room came with a refrigerator freezer combo which did not work. I was moved to a room with a refrigerator no freezer although i had purchased food that needed to be frozen. My son left money and his charger in the previous room that we had and he was not allowed to look for nor to get his items from the room. The air conditioner is old and rusted and the showers are awful. I will never rent here again. One of the worst hotels i have ever rented. U would think ot would be much nicer since it's off of ih35
