It's a BEAUTIFUL place, staff is great,courtesy and always there to help. Well worth every penny. Breakfast is great too! Recommend it 110%
2. They upgraded our room to a suite since they were out of regular rooms
Very nice and clean. The suites are spacious. We enjoyed the typical breakfast. Staff was friendly! Close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.
Simply a great place to stay that has an awesome staff.

2. Personal opinion - tv should be mounted in a different spot in the suite.
Room was nice, food was decent, workers were very pleasant. My only issue was the iron was disguising. That said, they cleaned it as best they could do. Overall I was happy with my stay

3. Personal opinion #2 - There should be a dish for the soap bar by the sink. Had to sit the soap on the counter because there wasn't one.
5. AC is super cold so you don't have to worry about being hot.
I rated this place a 4 because there are minor improvements needed. I came here to visit the Magnolia Market at the silos and we booked the room through a 3rd party and got a decent rate. We booked a room with a king size bed but when we arrived to check in they didn't have any rooms available. It was unclear weather they had a few but they weren't clean yet or they were out of those type rooms. The front desk clerk said they were behind on cleaning for the day. Because they were out of rooms with a king size bed room they apologized and upgraded us to a king suite however after we got to the suit we discovered the AC was broken so we called the front desk only to be apologized to again and given a different room! They had a slogan all over the hotel saying your happiness is our happiness. I believed they stood by there slogan. As far as the hotel goes it was a little toasty in the lobby and halls for the summer. The lobby and halls and rooms are thoroughly clean as I am one to examine and critique a lot of the times.
