- I called back the next day. I've been on hold 30 minutes - still no answer
Very clean, large rooms, kitchenette, comfortable beds and an awesome staff!! Would have rated it 5 stars if the continental breakfast had more variety
Kitchen accessories were not available during our stay. The kitchenette really is nice and convenient. We brought a pan and cooking utensils from home. (we were there for a home remodel)
- when I checked out 2 days later nothing had been done. Manager was not in to discuss and I did not get a receipt -Was told I would get by email from manager following day. I received nothing.
- I called the corporate office and after waiting on hold 10 minutes was disconnected
- the recorded message says to expect delays due to Hurricane Irma which passed over a week ago
-I called hotel and manager said they can't take off taxes and that form had been submitted to corporate with a two week lead time before I get receipt.
- this is a poorly run business, STAY AWAY from the Waco location
The staff leaves you alone, which is nice, and is readily available if you need them.
-Person at front desk did not know how to handle tax exempt and could not give me a receipt without taxes.
-A/C in room did not work correctly in Waco, TX. Room was old and worn.
I love it.... It's a great place to work or stay awhile. Management is awesome. Ron the Manager is great. And the district Manager Barbara is awesome. From the front to the back
The tub/shower combo is one of those "bath wraps"- it is weird and uneven - very small. I almost got wet taking a shower - ZERO water pressure.

-Someone had smoked in room before my arrival.
- what takes so long? Every other hotel can takes the taxes off right on the spot and give you receipt.
Clean, comfortable rooms.
Room was infested with ants and the Wi-Fi didn't work. Only positive was the price.
- I only have 5 days to submit my travel claim so this is really unsatisfactory
