Was not what I was expecting from a reputable hotel chain like the Hilton. Would not recommend or stay there again.
Other than that, it was nice for what it was.
Very nice, loved the view from the room. Booked here because we had a meeting to attend. Everything was easy stayed an extra night and will stay here again, and just to visit and to relax.
Stayed at the Hilton because of its reputation nationwide. I was more than disapppointed. It was my sister’s birthday and we were there to shop and visit the Silos Market. We had to carry our own luggage in and put it on a cart and take it to our room. The minute we opened the door to the room—the musty smell hit us in the face!! It was horrible. The second night the air conditioner just quit (2:00 am!!) they came and cleaned the filter. My sister’s allergies from the musty smell circulating the room kept her up all night coughing.
Really lovely hotel! Greeted with highly professional, friendly service. The room was beautiful and very clean. Immediate access to the convention center and beautiful park. Lots of wonderful amenities like a pool and classyconvenience shop in the lobby. Lobby was fantastically decked out and very welcoming and comfortable in the event you'd need to wait on your room. Will be back!
The hotel is nice and the staff was lovely. I would recommend this hotel if you have a business trip, but it wasn't very romantic. We stayed the night for our wedding anniversary and just felt like it was very sterile and bland.
The rooms were a little dated and the bathroom was tiny. We were put in an accessible room and the only "accessible" aspect was the size of the room. The bathroom was so tiny I don't see how someone who needed assistance could utilize the space. Please consider this if you are looking for something handicapped accessible.
Rooms are a bit small, executive lounge food options weren't great. Clean and comfortable though. Breakfast was excellent, and the bartender was superb. I wish I could remember his name.
