While this company does nice work, it takes longer than 6 weeks to receive your order. Please order way in advance. We do not live in Waco, and once the company emailed us with a question about the order and we asked in writing if we could have the ring delivered by a certain date, and the person on email said, "yes." About 2 weeks later, a female called us to advise us the ring was ready. My husband asked her on the phone to overnight it to us because we needed it the next day and we had been promised over email that we could have it by the next day. The female confirmed "no problem," and that the order would be overnighted to us. The next day, the ring did not come, and on the next day, my husband called to find out the status of delivery, and we found out that after 2 promises of overnight delivery, the ring had been sent via ground transport. The next day we were leaving for Germany and we wanted to present our daughter with the ring while in Germany. Someone in the office failed to overnight the order and we were not able to present the ring in Germany as we had planned.
I purchased my Baylor class ring from them and I couldn't be happier with it or with the service they provided!!
