Honest, hard-working people. Always friendly and make you feel appreciated. Got my beautiful rings from there and very pleased. They offer free cleanings whenever I want to come in. They're a little on the scattered side, but I would definitely come back and support them!
These people have been around for 40+ years and work together to get the customer what they are looking for, with little concern about commission. They work together as a team and truly want to help the customer find what he/she is looking for.
Most of my purchases have been from them and they've always been sweethearts. My father-in-law has used them exclusively for many years without incident. That Ryan Clark sounds like one of those customers one can never make truly happy.
I love my ring! I read the review that Ryan Clark wrote and I can tell you that is not how this company works. They are very professional and are willing to help. I love the business they run and not only do you feel special you feel like you are part of their family. I would recommend them to everyone. Once I have my baby I am going back for more jewelry for my son's birthstone. Please do not let this one negative comment question this company. THEY ARE GREAT!!!!
I'm having to do a google review because the owners blocked me and deleted my honest review on Facebook. This whole mess first started when I got my wife her engagement ring from there. The stone in the ring was very loose ( I'm glad it didn't fall out ) so after proposing to her we had to return the ring for a week. This was devastating to my wife as this day and ring meant so much to both of us. We finally got the ring back without the diamond certificate. We didn't get that certificate for almost a full year. Even after all that I still got our wedding bands from there. We pick out the bands a few months later. Come to find out my ring was discontinued (so the owner sent me txts of other rings I could buy). Very unprofessional considering this was my wedding and a very special occasion to us. I go in to pick up the bands two days before the wedding to find out they didn't size them yet even though they said it would be done well before the wedding. So on top of other wedding stresses not having the rings in time nearly ruined our whole day. We finally get the wedding bands less than 24 hours before the wedding. To top it off after I got my ring and less than 12 hours I found a chip in it. I didn't drop it or hit it against anything. When I went to fix the problem the ower wanted to take my ring and return it for a new one. When I asked her if I could keep it until the other one comes in she asked if there was a special occasion that I needed it for. Um, YES MY MARRIAGE is a special occasion! I have never been so appalled. For a business that promotes themselves as a specialty store for engagement rings and weddings, they certainly don't take that stuff serious. It was only after I left a honest review on Facebook that I started to receive the customer service I should have gotten almost a year ago. They finally started to call and try to fix things. I shouldn't have to do that to get the customer service that they pride themselves on. So if you are wanting your wedding experience to be special and memorable I would not recommend them. This whole process with them has been nothing but a headache to my wife and I. I know mistakes happen but to have the whole process be a mistake is beyond me. Especially with how much money is involved. The only time we didn't have problems is when they took my money, that process went smoothly.
