DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! They have lied to me repeatedly about the status of my watch repair. When I dropped it off at the beginning of January, I was told that it would take 3-4 weeks to be repaired. It has now been 2 months and I still don't have my watch back. I called last week and was informed that it was on it's way back, YET ANOTHER LIE! Today I was told that the part was still on back order. I purchased a 1 year protection warranty when I bought it and when I actually needed it, I get lied to. I have had nothing but bad experiences with Kay's. PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR MONEY, BUY YOUR JEWELRY ELSEWHERE!!!!
First off the customers service was great,very polite and helpful.So I went in a couple weeks ago regarding my new wedding ring to get resized. They gave me a specific date it would be in and that date has passed and i still havent recieved it. The company needs to change their policy with employees on giving dates on when the items will be in. How can you give a date of when the item will be in that lands on a weekend when they dont even recieve packages on weekends in the first place. Very unprofessional. If it was up to me, I would have went else where to purchace my wedding ring. Now i have to reschedule pictures for a later date even though i took the day off work today because my ring was "scheduled" to be in today (but they dont recieve packages on the weekends) . This business isnt reliable
Watch repair usually takes a month..its not the stores fault on a situation that is out of their hands and its a two year watch warranty.. obviously it was sent to home office..if it is on back order why would they lie about it..a part might have been ordered through the vendor..I've been going for years and people only hear what they want to hear..
