Came in for a flight physical and my first visit to this office. Everyone was great! I arrived a little earlier than my appointment time and I was led back to the office earlier than scheduled also. The receptionists, nurses, and Dr. Julian were all very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back.
I think this is the best doctors office I have ever found. The way they check you in is brilliant, and it goes as fast as you do. Dr McHenry is AMAZING! Don't ask for him though in case I need him, it will make me not be able to get in. Seriously though i would recommend this office to anyone. Amazing people.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE I CALLED AT 4:25PM AND I'M STILL ON HOLD AND IT KEEPS SAYING I AM CALLER # 1 AND STILL HAVEN'T GOT AN ANSWER IT HAS BEEN 8MIN ALREADY THEY CLOSE AT 5:00PM NOT 4:25PM

Very professional and courteous. There was not an extended wait time. I was able to do all my health history and registration online which made the appointment check-in so simple. Dr. Mc Henry really listened to my needs and took the time to explain in detail the best course of action. Very pleased with my appointment.
