Amazing place, very friendly and great service! I got a hole in my gas tank this summer and went to Fred's because it was close and had great reviews. They found me a cheap tow service, got a salvage tank for a great price, and fixed me up with everything I needed. Fred and Troy are super helpful, attentive, and great about giving prices up front and keeping you updated. Very reliable--I'll be going back there as long as I'm in Waco!
Always leave their shop Happy! They find out the cause of your issue and do their best to fix it, and they give you the price up front, so you're not surprised by the bill. I've always felt that they care for the customer and do what they can to make sure you are happy and the vehicle is fixed right the first time. I won't willingly go to another mechanic, ever again!
My car is a Honda so I used to always take my car to Greg May Honda for service work, but it soon became too stressful to continue taking my car there as they always had a laundry list of recommended services, many that didn't really need to be done. Finally I looked up local shops and found good reviews for Fred's so I decided to check them out. Very friendly staff. Really feels like they care about their customers. They tell me when I need work done and when I don't and I really appreciate that kind of honesty. Definitely recommend!
