I've gotta say, I was on the fence based on the reviews I read online, just being honest. I took my car in today to find out what was wrong with it and they called me and said it was a switch on my dash. I must have inadvertently hit the switch causing the issue and had no idea. Them calling me, telling me that, and not charging me a dime speaks volumes to me. You know easy it would have been to make something up and charge me? That's integrity on their part in my book and I'll be returning in the future. A+ shop in my book.
Customer service done right!! They did the work promised at the price promised. I’ve used them twice and have been completely satisfied both times. I dropped my son off at Baylor (from Colorado) in August and had an AC problem. Stopped in on a Saturday morning and as I sat in the waiting room I noticed that the owner Devlin knew every one of his customers by name and even knew what was going on in their lives. It showed me the local people trust him as well. They also just recently fixed a radiator hose. Even offered to pick my son up at Baylor because he knew I was out of state. As a parent 800 miles away it’s comforting to know I have someone I can put my complete trust in if my kids have a problem.
I've known Devlin for years but didn't know he owned this shop. Reasonable prices, fast service, and good people who have always done the right thing. Don't hesitate to see for yourself.
I made a appointment Saturday morning for 8am to have my car looked at for a weird noise but as I arrived the lady at the front desk advised me that some of the workers decided not to show up for work so she assured me that it would be fine so mind you I'm the first customer there so I took a seat in the waiting area while they waited for the workers to show up which only like three showed up but not the main people that does the work so I waited patiently for them to work on my car as I sat there people came and left after they had received service. The lady at the front desk didn't have a care in the world about how slow and poor their service was basically I sat there from 8am to 12pm only to end up with no information about my car status and a waist of time. I will never return to that place ever again. Its not point in making a appointment because its no guarantee that you will receive service.
The office staff needs to learn some basic customer service and learn how to treat customers with dignity and respect. They over promised and under delivered. We were told repeatedly that our car would be ready over three days, each time we called for an update, the front staff sounded exasperated that we called. They didn’t even fix the main problem, but we paid over $600 for them to fix a few small things. I would recommend taking your car to any other shop in town. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
