Great experience! I originally scheduled to have two tires put on, but changed my mind and decided on all four. I went in the day before my scheduled appointment to check the availability of my tires (per emailed appointment reminder), and was told they didn't have the exact tire, but plenty of the same size/price, so I had four of those installed the next day. Very fast service and great employees. I'll definitely be back in the future.
I have been a loyal Discount Tire customer for 25 years, when I was a broke college student with an unfixable flat and five bucks in my purse. They gave me a free used tire and told me to come back when I was going to buy new. I've always gotten good service, fair prices, and no-hassle on warranty issues. My experience today was no different. Thanks.
Incredible. Made my appointment for four new tires several days in advanced and made sure my tires were in stock. I arrived on time for the appointment and they met me in the parking lot. 15 minutes later my new tires were on the car and ready to go. No up-selling, no unexpected substitutions, just exactly what I expected. Will definitely be back to this location next time I need tires.
Bottom line, a great show, just not in Waco (from a time waiting perspective)
Good tire selection and service; however be prepared to wait. I had an appointment but that does not really matter at the Waco, TX store. It was still first come first serve. When I asked about it I was told I needed to wait my turn. Would not have been as bad but I had my 90 year old father with me and the waiting was hard on him. My car finally went into the shop an hour after my appointment.
As always I appreciate their free tire rotations. I went on a Saturday morning and they had a lot of people working. They rotated my tires on floor jacks, which is fine by me because it got me done faster. I'll probably go back there to buy tires if I'm still in town when I need them.
I had a great experience at Discount tire in Denver. So I guess it is just Waco management that is the issue.
