This would be the 4th time I have needed to take my various vehicles to Freddie's . I'm 47 and have lived in about 7 different cities in the course of my life. I have to say , without a shadow of a doubt that they are the best I've encountered . Everyone there is very friendly, honest and their repair team is second to none. I have price matched and they still come out on top.
I took my car to Freddie Kish's Care Center not long ago and I am very happy with the service I received. I pay attention to how a company treats me when I shop anywhere and they get a 5 star from me. Cindy at the front desk was understanding, attentive and very helpful. The owners took time to meet me and made sure my car was taken care of, I really appreciate this attention and I'm happy to continue to do business with them.
My only regret is that I'm going to lose them when I move away from Texas.

I enjoy using Freddie's for oil change, tire rotation, flat repair, etc. They are friendly, trustworthy and diligent. On larger repairs, they can sometimes be a little pricey. I have taken my vehicles elsewhere to get major repairs done, mostly for the price aspect. Also, I have had a few experiences where it was estimated that my car would be back to me very quickly, and instead it took drastically longer. Once where a few hours turned into two days.
