Had to get two new tires on my car, took them about 2-3 hours (they weren't busy), and after I left, I noticed that some of the food I had packed for my road trip (on my own so I'd know if it had been eaten) was MISSING. They actually took my food from the trunk of my car. Completely unprofessional.
Had a tire blow out while driving from Houston to Lubbock. We had upfront pricing and options on replacement from James, and no aggressive sales pitch. Jeffrey went out of his way to educate us about tires, rotation and balance. Found out the last place put the wrong size tires on our car, that will never happen again. Overall great service, in a timely manner and an excellent price. I would trust them with any repair on my vehicles.
Long wait times. But the staff are friendly and accommodating.
Always get great service at this location! They stay fairly busy, but the time estimates they give are generally accurate.
This place is top notch...the guys here are great. Service like it is supposed to be done!
One issue. They try to convince you everything wrong with your car is urgent. But is not. Take your vechical inspection to your actual mechanic for an evaluation to confirm any problems.
