Don't go there ever. Went for oil change and asked them for synthetic oil change as they said it will hold for 10000 miles. Charged me $43, when my car was ready and I went looking for the next oil change sticker on the windshield. To my surprise couldn't find one. I asked you the manger about it. He said they ran out of the sticker. I said give me some note that help me to remind me for oil change. The manager uses his business card ( still have it) writes the next oil change with just 4000 miles!!! I asked why it is only 4000 miles? Shouldn't it be 10000 miles ? His answer was that they didn't have that oil.
Long story short. They cheat!!!! Don't go there ever! I will give them minus 5 stars. I went for the trust Sears brand but got cheated. Still have the invoice and other proof.
Went in to get a simple oil change. When I pulled in there were only 2 cars in the shop. I asked about the oil change and they said it would be 3 hours. 3 HOURS!!! Either they need more help or they need to train their workers. The 29.95 oil change turned out to be 45.00 due to the air filter, which was supposed to be included with the price, but since it was one they didn't have, they charged me more. SCAM!!!
front desk needed a better attitude but the mechanic who aligned my car was exceptionally great, he took me out there and literally showed me what was wrong and helped me understand the extent of what all i needed to do to keep my car in better shape, I believe his name was Pat.
Went in for a simple oil change no one was there. No customers, didn't see an employee for 5 mins. Then they said it was going to be 30 to 45 get my oil changed, it took 2 1/2 hours. I took my car to get an oil change during my 3,000 mile duration. The mechanic that looked at it said he couldn't touch it because the previous company that changed my oil broke the oil pan. It cost 800 to fix. Leave this place alone.
My GMC Acadia was pulling to the right, so I came in because I thought it needed an alignment before heading back home to Florida. They put it on the lift then came back in and told me I just needed a new tire because the old one had a bump in it. Took me out to the garage and showed me the exact spot on the tire that was causing the issue. Unfortunately they didn't have the right size replacement, so they recommended the nearby discount by tire store and offered to check the alignment if I needed it. The other tire store was very busy so I bought the tire there, came back to Sears, had them put it on and do an alignment. They were very timely, friendly, and helpful and even recommended a few lunch spots to check out in the mall while I was waiting. I live in Florida, so I will probably never have to come back to this location, but if I ever do, I can trust that they have genuine, honest service! Thanks guys!
