These guys are the BEST mechanics in town. They have always treated me like family and have always made sure my vehicles were in top shape when I go there for work. I recommend them to everyone I meet.
Jesse Britts fit me in even though I arrived when they were about to close. They completed my alignment quickly and I was on my way. The customer service is also fantastic. It almost seems as though they have as many customer service reps as they do mechanics. I'd recommend them!
I have had 3 of my 4 vehicles here for various reasons, including oil changes . They always treat me like I'm their only customer that day. Honest , fairly priced, won't try to con you into repairs you don't need, or take advantage of you. If repair is is needed, several options are made available. Friendly staff. Overall an excellent experience every time.
This has got to be the best place in Waco hands down to take your car. The prices are very very reasonable and Chris was super nice and helpful. As a woman I went in and knew that I wasn't over sold or taken advantage of.Everyone I came in counter with was very polite and again just over hands down the best!!!!
I had a great experience at Jesse Britts! Mike took care of me even from my initial phone call, then when I brought my vehicle in the guys were friendly, helpful and answered all my questions with consideration and assertiveness. I dropped my truck off and they said it would be ready in about 4 to 5 hours, but Mike called me in 2, said it was ready and come pick it up at my concience no rush at all. I have sent my father's business their way and when anyone asks if I know a good automotive place I recommend Jesse Britts and only Jesse Britts. They truly are the definition of great mechanic shop with a small town feel. They treat you like family from the first time you walk through the door!!! Simply amazing!
