I inquired why $98 and not $75 the lady told me it's because they gave him pain meds! I asked why so high because last visit it was $8 for pain meds. She informed me (at this point when I asked & not when I dropped of the rabbit) that take home meds are $8 and injections are $23.. seriously?! Why wasn't I told when I dropped off the rabbit?!!! I'm so irritated at the lack of professionalism and communication errors with this place. Definitely my last visit and I will not be sending them any more business. I had given their number to the people who bought 28 rabbits from me recently but I'll be sure to let them know to find someone else.

Severely disappointed at the lack of professionalism at this place. My first visit was a month ago to neuter a rabbit and again today, for the same service, neither experience was good. I made an appt for my first visit and upon showing up was told I did not have an appt that day, but the week after. I know it was that day because I'd asked for that day. The lady apologized and said there must have been an error and that they would still see my rabbit. I filled all the necessary paperwork and was asked if I wanted the Dr to administer pain medicine after the procedure, I signed a paper saying I did. The lady informed me it was $8 additional for pain medicine and $75 for the neuter. I was also told I'd be called once the rabbit was ready to go home. I dropped off the rabbit at 7:30a and by 2p there was no call. I called and was informed they had not even done the procedure because they had another emergency and would do it soon, and I would get a call to pick him up before 5:30 which is when they close. So the rabbit sat there all day without food and water because they couldn't get to him. I wish they would have just told me to bring him another time. Since I had no choice at this point I waited. I called again at 4:45, irritated no one had called me yet, and was informed the rabbit was ready and I could come get him. I don't understand why I had to call so many times to get answers, especially when I was told I would be called. Upon picking him up I asked again if he was given pain meds and they said yes, and checked me out at $75.. They had some issue with the printer so I stood waiting 10+ minutes for them to figure it out and ended up leaving my email address for the receipt. That was last month. Today I dropped off my second rabbit and signed the same paper for pain meds and was told I'd get a call. While talking to the same lady who checked me in and out last time, she informed me the first rabbit was never given pain meds.. ?! I specifically asked for it multiple times and was told yeah we did.. only to find out today they hadn't. So I asked if they would give it to the rabbit today & she said yes, I signed the same form and left. Again I waited all day for a call, nothing. Upon calling them at 1:30 I was told yeah he's ready to go home.. absolutely infuriating how no one from this place ever calls! When I picked up the rabbit I was told my total was almost $98!! When
