I went to Petsmart because the other pet store chain in town made me mad for the last time. The cat food I can rarely find in stock there was in plentiful supply at Petsmart and cheaper, too. Cat supplies in general were more plentiful and varied. I have a dog, too, and they carry his food as well. It's always seemed like a large cave to me, and it's not in the greatest area of town. But I think they have a new customer now.

what they do. Because everyone has different views. but I will never take my dog to be groomed there again.

I have been taking my dog here for along time, and I decided to take my dog somewhere else, because I felt things that they said they did, was not done. and I was right. his glands were so packed it made him stink. a day after I took him. they said his skin was healthy and it is dry. ears and teeth were not done for them to smell an hour after. I was so upset I took him to a place a week after and they did a great job, he no longer stinks and he his healthier. I hope you all check

I drove from Temple to this Waco store. I was told on the phone they had a particular fish that I wanted. I really wanted it! It was black Friday so traffic was horrible. When i arrived and went to the fish dept. I found out they did not really have the fish it was a totally different kind. So i said oh well i'll browse around maybe buy something else. What i saw was horrible. at least 6 tanks had dead fish in them by the scores. The dalmation Molly tank had at least 10 dead fish in it. I got the associate and showed them all the dead fish in that tank and others. She actually laughed about it and said Whoops guess I better check the water. I was stunned. I will never in my life go to this store again especially for fish. Temple store is a lot better and much better people.

While they may keep the average products stocked. They don't keep anything else on the Shelf. They wait until they are out to even order it. Four out of five trips to the store they have been out of their Marshall brand ferret food. Seriously how hard is it to make sure you have it in stock? You are a huge corporation that can't keep up with your orders. Whoever is in charge of that needs to be looked at and talked to. Get it together please!

It shouldn't take six hours to groom a 4 pound dog. This is about pleasing the customer not themselves because they want to take a hour lunch or put other dogs ahead of yours when they ask you to bring them in early. I've called around and they say the same thing that it shouldn't take that long. Then they also want to charge you extra for what they call express services which is one on one. Other places do the one on work for free. So not going back
