Overall, I'll keep coming back because its the better option for first run movies in this town.
We like going here because the seats are comfortable, the popcorn is always hot and drinks are never out of syrup (or too carbonated). Bit maybe we have luck on our side. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because we've tried to order cheesesticks twice and both times we opened the box and they were an overcooked blob of cheese. So we stopped ordering from that area because it doesn't seem like the employees have bought in to that side of service yet. For the most part, staff is friendly for the few seconds that you encounter them.
I have always enjoyed going to this theater. Now that the seats are better it makes it even more better! The staff is very friendly & helpful!
I took my family to see Justice League and ordered a #1 then switched it to a medium popcorn because no one wanted popcorn but me . I gave the young man a $20 and forgot to get my change. I reluctantly had to leave the awesome movie to get my change I was told by a CS rep that the manager has to review it. I went back 3 times and patiently waited for the manager each time and each time he took like 10 minutes to come down causing me to miss long parts of the movie. After counting the drawer he said it came out even. I explained that is because the teen working the register didn’t void out the first order. Add the two together and you have almost $20.00 to the penny. The manager gave me a customer service number to call. I called them and they, like the manager, were courteous but resolved nothing. I was told I would get a call back and again nothing! I am two weeks later and two calls later waiting for a call back!
Good prices and the seats are comfy. The arm rests are moveable, which is nice. The theater needs an update though. The hallways smell like mildew which is probably from the carpets. The satellite bathrooms need attention as well.
Have been here a few times since they remodeled the place. Once again a overall nice experience. Large sodas are around 5 dollars. Have added a IMAX to it and it's good we have that here in Waco now.Watched justice league with my wife and little one. The theater was clean and the seats were nice. The staff was nice and curteous. Will definitely be back
