For the restaurant side of things, the pizza is atrocious. It's not even close to CiCi's in quality if that gives an indication of how poor the pizza is there. Swing by Little Caesars before or after, then come for the fun.
It's really hard to rate this establishment because it's two separate environments.
The"fun zone" for the kids is fantastic. Very well managed, very clean, safe, and plenty of staff monitoring the area. It's reasonably priced depending if what you're doing. Typical arcade stuff geared towards young kids. So 5 stars for the play area.
Had my son's birthday here today. Amazing service, clean facilities, good pizza! Kids and adults enjoyed themselves and the cost was very reasonable. My son said it was one of the best birthday parties ever!
Horrible HORRIBLE STAFF!! Rude, no service. Literay was forced to stand in line for a side of ranch for 10 mins with 4 employees standing there looking at me as they gossiped, texted, put on lipgloss and stand there doing NOTHING but waiting for food to be put in the window. NOT ONE ITEM was put in window the entire time i waited for a side of dressing.
The pizza was good and the wait staff helpful. Great time!
