The food was good but the service was great. Ask for Reed if you want a friendly, funny, nice guy.
Only downside was when it came time to pay. Instead of providing individual tickets, we were handed a small hand-held kiosk in which ALL the tickets were entered for a group of about 12. We had to find the charge for our meal on the screen and pay with our card, then pass it to the next person. Meanwhile the other 11 in the group were waiting to pay. Not user friendly for technologically challenged people trying to figure it out. This may free up your staff to wait other tables but poor customer service in the end.
Service was great. Food delivered in a timely manner and was excellent.
We came in about 5pm and were seated immediately. Our server LeAndrea greeted us quickly, got our drink orders and ordered our appetizers for us. We enjoyed our drinks while we waited on our food. The peach sangria is really good! Our food came in about 15 minutes and was delicious! Overall excellent experience. LeAndrea was amazing and I'd certainly ask for her if I were you!
This is my husband's favorite place to eat. If he could eat pasta everyday, he would. We came in and were seated quickly. Our server wasn't a bad server. I'd just say he was having a bad day. The table next to us was really giving him a hard time even though he was doing everything right. Even some of the people at that table stood up for him which I really appreciated. I understand that we go out to dinner to be served but give me a break! You should still be kind and respectful. That's all I'm saying... So to the rating. I give it 4 stars because the salad was a bit sad and the breadsticks were cold and hard. Our entrees were perfect though so I was happy overall.
Olive Garden was my mother's favorite place. My wife has been trying to get me to go and eat there for 15 years. Today was my first experience. It didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was fantastic. The service was first rate. The food was plentiful and the taste was off the chain! I also had minestrone soup and I haven't had it taste that great since my last trip to Chicago 30 years ago. Can't wait to come back. It's wonderful.
