Very poor service. Waitress was not attentive and they gave my meal away and then served everyone else at my table. When they finally got my food to me and everyone was over halfway done I noticed mine was made wrong. I ended up have to get a doggy bag for mine and eat it cold at home. I would give a zero star if it would let me.
I went in to order 5 traditional wings to go. I had to wait 40 MINUTES for 5 WINGS!!! There was only one girl taking care of the take-out counter. She was busting her butt to take care of answering phones, taking orders, running to the back to get the orders. She was definitley overwhelmed! I understand it was a fight night so have more staff!!! You also have college kids back and hurricane evacuees in town! More staff was needed!!
Went to this location hoping the quality had improved since my last visits. After looking over the menu, I ordered a small order of wings and choose 2 flavors to split the 10 wings. I was promptly advised by the waitress that the small size now has 9 wings, instead of 10. I thought to myself, 'Less wings? Well I can sacrifice a wing if that's what it takes to invest more into the quality of their food'. Unfortunately, BWW did not have the same mindset. When the wings came out, the dry rub was instead a LIGHT sprinkle, with most of the wings essentially bare. The taste of the wings was not only disgusting, but inedible, primarily due to the sweet taste of mishandled poultry paired with old grease. Wary of what was going on in the kitchen, I had no desire to have them try to 'rectify' the issue with another batch. Instead, I left the uneaten wings and closed out - To go box? No thanks.
The wings at the old location were bad but at least they were edible. I've tried this new location twice now. The first time the wings were fatty , stretchy and chewy but I was still able to eat about half of them. I went again last Sunday and the wings were so gross that I couldn't even eat one. They were stretchy, freezer burnt and filled with disgusting old grease. I gagged when I tried to eat one and had to spit it out.
My food was cold the cheese wasn't even melted on my daughter burger and mine had old cheese.....I love bww, but this particular was not my favorite. I think the waitress new it so she took it back and had the manager make it. I take it back this one is now in my top five
