It's almost as if this location never gets customers inside the dining area. Our large gathering for dinner got the runaround from staff about what was available to drink. The waitress didn't know if they had bottled water or root beer( which was visible from where we sat). We then got another waiter since apparently bottled water was making us unservable since we didn't want soda machine water. They must of sent out a delivery driver to actually take our order finally, after taking our order he had to go back and ft some paper with a pen since it was a lot to remember. Just go elsewhere...seriously.
This restaurant is best for carry out. They'll get the order right IF you order online. Every time I call it in, it's never correct. Best pan pizza around!
They were an okay Pizza Hut while it lasted. My sister & I are pretty regular on ordering our pizzas from here. Sometimes at least once or twice through out the week. We’ve had one experience when our pizza arrived to us cold. But they fixed that by giving us a credit for it. But today I was ordering a pizza and some wings. As I was going to pay for it online I ended up hitting the pay by cash option instead of the credit option. So I called to pay for it over the phone. The guy who answered didn’t sound that friendly. He asked for the card number which I was giving him. But as I gave him the card number he repeated every single last number that I said to him out loud including the expiration date. When I asked if he would not repeat the number as loud as he was repeating it he grew upset and disregarded what I said and loudly spoke over me asking me for the numbers on the back of the card. That was the last straw. I told him to just cancel the order and hung up. Just out of security reasons I don’t think they should be screaming out your number as you give it to them anybody could have been writing it down on the other end for all I know. Speaking in a more discreet tone would have worked, but yelling my card number out for the world to hear won’t cut it. They definitely lost a customer with what they pulled today. We'll spend our money else where.
Great service, pizza and pasta. Nice place.
Good place to go. We had one large pizza and burning hot wings, both delicious, on our way home to Dallas from a weekend vacation in San Antonio! More importantly the staffs are so nice.
