I love the food there. So many ways to customize your food it makes it fun to try the same flavors different ways, that way you never get burned out on one thing. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
We USED to eat here all the time. The last time we ate here, they forgot 2/3 egg rolls we ordered, the chicken was dry and cracked, and the noodles were under done. We went back (with food in hand), and requested a refund. The manager on duty at the time (07/15/17) refused us a refund. He tried to remake it or give us coupons (the moment was gone after the screw ups). He took our information and said the district manager would call us that Monday. No call. We called again. This time we got the call center. We told them our predicament. They apologized, and said they would request a refund and have their supervisor call us the next day. No call for 2 days. We call again, and got a different manager at the local store (apparently they have 3). She had not heard anything about it. She said THEY CAN refund it there, but was going to have to wait for corporate to call her back to make sure there was no double refund (understandable), BUT HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY ANSWERS OR OUR MONEY BACK. We will NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN.

EDIT: to the owner. We have talked to several of your managers and have contacted corporate multiple times about the poorly run business you have. I'm sure they will be in contact with you. It's been 3 weeks and still no refund. I have told everyone I know about the situation and they will no longer be eating there, or start eating there. If I don't get a refund today, I'm going to my bank to report you for wrongfully charging/fraud.
Normally love this place but last visit, one person manned all the tables plus the checkout. Slow service and no drink refills. 3 stars because that was our first bad experience at mama fu's
Absolutely the best service I've had in many months! Our server was Ms. Sanchez. She was attentive, answered all our questions, and tended to all our needs. She had a sincere smile on her face while serving the entire restaurant. On top of that, she even rushed outside to hand me a $20 bill I had dropped on my way out. 10/10 would recommend!
Have eaten here several times and this was the worst ever. My wife and I came in to dine, they gave us one fork, got my appetizer wrong and cold, the table was greasy and we had to get our own tea refills.
