Pizza was prepared properly, but customer service is lacking. Employees and managers could stand to visit a Chick-filet to learn how customers like to be treated.
After being a very regular customer (and a very good tipper) for years, I'm now done with this place. Tonight, my husband placed an online order, and as soon as he submitted it, he realized he forgot to add drinks. I called immediately, and was put on hold and forgotten about for five minutes. I hung up and called back. Seeing that my online order was already in quality check (i.e., the step before delivery), I told the guy who answered that I couldn't be placed on hold, but he ignored me and placed me on hold anyway, where I was left for about five minutes. By the time they finally got around to me, my order was already being delivered.
I called back to express my displeasure with the manager, who was VERY snarky with me. I'll tolerate the occasional cold pizza being delivered to my front door, and even the occasional order where they forget the extra salad dressing that I've paid extra for. But I WILL NOT tolerate being treated like I'm some huge inconvenience by a snarky minimum wage manager on a power trip after I've been a regular customer and a good tipper for years.
I have ordered for delivery from this location multiple times. It always comes faster than expected and so far they have never messed up on my order! Driver is always friendly and courteous as well. Highly recommended.
Sometimes pizza is good sometimes its not. I also find it RIDICULOUS that they charge $2.15 (each) for cheese and peppers! We have definitely been going less frequent due to this!
