I placed an order online wanting to have flowers delivered for Mother's Day and figured I would have the option to decide when I wanted flowers delivered. Instead I went through the entire process and once I typed in my credit card information I received a message that my flowers would be delivered on Monday. There is no option to cancel the order and re-order or look for another place that will deliver on Sunday.
This business has been in business many many years, so apparently they have made many thousands of people happy or they wouldn't make it in the industry. To the ones that complain that they can't get a delivery made at mother's day, or whatever,, it takes time to get this order made and delivered. You are not their only order. People order months in advance for holiday delivery. Shops can only make so many deliveries within a day. For the people that say it doesn't look like the picture they saw in a book,,, those pictures show all the flowers on one side, some florist try to make your arrangement go all around, so it will look different. And for those that don't like waiting for your flowers to be delivered, once again, you are not their only delivery or order. If you ordered a specific arrangement from a book or online, they may not have all the flowers in stock or they may not be very fresh. It was a good thing they didn't send out unfresh flowers or whatever the circumstances were. Reed's Flowers has designers that have been in the business many years. If time is a problem and you need something delivered earlier, then let the designers make you a *designers choice* arrangement. With their experience, it will be pretty and you'll get a better deal than you would ordering something from a picture in a book or online.
Made sure my order got there in plenty of time. Always fresh and tasteful.
No offense, but whoever answers the phone there needs to learn customer service skills.
