Cathy took my order over the phone. She and the folks at A Rare Bloom are just absolutely amazing. They arranged and delivered a beautiful yellow rose cross with purple sash, in honor of my father's dear friend, Ernest Pack. I can't recommend these people enough. They genuinely care about what they do. They put their hearts into it. If you're looking for a great flower shop in Waco, look no further. You just found it!
