Wow - they couldn't have been nicer to a guy who forgot to send his mother flowers on time! I called up last minute today and they were able to take care of everything and get the flowers delivered before they closed when other local stores could not. Thank you!

Lauren was super helpful and patient with me, considering that I had no idea how to order flowers. She was able to make suggestions and work with me based on a set cost I had. She even explained to me what time the flowers should be arriving. A+ in customer services, it is missing one star only because I have not seen the arrangement but after looking at reviews and the rate of satisfaction am certain it will beautiful.
